Developed and Implemented Field Service system for Carrier AirCon, where the call center agents receive service/support request from customers, which are recorded and allocated to the service partners of Carrier AirCon, the service partner's client system will dial the call center and pulls the service requests, and updates the activity done, which is in turn pushed to call center database.
 

Developed and Implemented web based CRM for TVS-E, Voltas, Alcatel, etc, where the call agents receive call from customer and attempt for telephonic resolution, If that fails the call will be assigned by system automatically to a service partner or engineer, they are notified by SMS, upon attending the call engineer/service partner will update the system. Claims and inventory transaction are also handled through system.
 

Developed and Implemented network monitoring system for SCB and Singapore Airlines, which will ping and take data from IDNX box which monitors the SCB network, the data will be parsed the broken links will be flashed.

 
Developed and Implemented Site and Installation tracking system for Diebold, where all the activities to arrange and install the ATM machines are tracked.
